The Inventors had a wonderful time at Forest school with a new group of children.
They started off by singing around the fire circle, where the children used sticks to tap along to the music or clap their hands. They then did some den building and some mark making on pieces of wood.
The children also had the opportunity to have a go in a hammock, which they thoroughly enjoyed. They ended the session with a warm orange squash and Alex showed the children how to make a small fire safely to heat up the water in the Kelly kettle. Alex then showed them how to put the fire out safely too. They had lots of fun.
