The past few days have been very busy at Smiles, we have done a lot of activities and everyone has been having a lot of fun.

So far this week we have played lots of football matches, the scores have been really close with only one or two goals separating teams in the matches, we even had one match finishing 14-15 which was fun yet so exhausting for us all as both teams spent nearly 20 minutes trying to get the winning goal at either end. Tennis and badminton have also been extremely popular. The children have also enjoyed taking part in making bread, making play-doh and using their imagination to paint pictures and create amazing junk models.

There is a lot more sports, games, activities and creativity planned for the next few days before we try and outdo ourselves and better last years mega "beach week" which will be something not to be missed!

This week has been "Expressive Arts and Crafts" at Smiles Holiday Club at Gilmorton! We have been having lots of fun in the club all week, which has been a good way to start the Summer Holidays.

Activities that have ranged from Nail Painting all the way through to Junk Modelling!

We have also done a lot of face painting and some of the children even had a go a face painting for others.

Some of the children even created a Theatre Performance for us, using the junk models!

There has also been a lot of outdoor playing as well including sports and games!

We hope everyone has a lovely summer and we hope to see your faces at the Summer Club, which is based up at the Gilmorton Pavilion and Playing Fields. We have lots of activities planned and we are sure it will be very enjoyable and fun for your children. 

We will be open our usual holiday club hours which are 7:30am until 6:00pm in the evening. The cost also remains the same £25.00 for a whole full day and £15.00 for any 6 hour session, breakfast and light evening snack will be provided, children will need to bring a packed lunch every day that they attend and possibly a spare change of clothes, we will mention this to you the day before messy activities.
