Deputy Manager
We're currently looking for a Deputy Manager who is dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced, to join our team!
Requirements:
✅ Level 3 or above CCLD Qualification (or equivalent).
✅ Experience working with babies and children from 0-5 years old.
✅ Experience in a supervisory role.
✅ Knowledge of the EYFS and Safeguarding.
✅ Knowledge of child development and a commitment to equal opportunities for all children and families.
✅ A great work ethic and the ability to manage a team.
✅ Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, particularly those applying to childcare.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
⭐ To provide an outstanding level of care for children in the setting.
⭐ To give support to their staff within the setting.
⭐ To be able to manage the setting in the absence of the manager.
⭐ To work as part of a supervisory team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
⭐ To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
⭐ To ensure a high level of customer service at all times.

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or Above)
We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 or Above Childcare Star to join the Smiles Nurseries Team! Smiles Nurseries offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, and the opportunity to work with a passionate, welcoming team!
Requirements:
✅ Level 3 or above CCLD Qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Experience working with young children in a similar role
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
➡ Effectively delivering the EYFS, ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in our setting are met
➡ Keeping records of your key children’s development and learning
➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team
➡ Developing and maintaining a strong partnership with parents/carers
➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
➡ Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.
